Greenhouse Workday with the Friends of Turkey Creek Nature Preserve

Calling all volunteers!

Come join our Volunteer Coordinator, Conservation Director, and Friends of Turkey Creek Board members as we propagate native plants in anticipation of our annual fall native plant sale. Volunteer hours can be applied to Alabama Master Gardener and Alabama Master Naturalist programs.

Location: 3906 Turkey Creek Rd, Pinson, AL 35126 

*Driving instructions: Once you enter through the main gate, drive past the first driveway and immediately turn right into the second driveway. Drive past the shed on your left and office on your right all the way up the hill until you see the greenhouse on your left. You are free to park anywhere facing the greenhouse!

What to bring: work gloves (opt.), water bottle, sunscreen (opt.)

What to wear: closed-toed shoes, long pants, a long-sleeve shirt
